Project overview
Shanghai Construction Group adapted its business model on the Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE platform, applying BIM across planning, design and construction — using 3D modeling, clash detection, process simulation and functional analysis to raise project quality digitally, informatively and visually.
Outcomes
Built a multi-project management platform (custom workflows), structured data management (bridging Revit and V6 interfaces), clash detection and review, multi-party collaboration, and visual progress management and comparison — achieving genuine fine-grained management.
